The Pet Shop Boys have premiered their new single, Winner from their upcoming album, Elysium, their upcoming 11th album, due out on September 18! I cannot wait for this new release from them. It looks like this song has been used in this years Olympics in London. This is great exposure for the band! Previously, the Pet Shop Boys premiered the song, Invisible off this album, which was a way more downbeat song, this one is way more happier and catchier in my opinion. I look forward to hearing the entire album when it comes out. After hearing this track, I was reminded of what a great synthpop group Pet Shop Boys truly is. They still got it. This album was also recorded here in Los Angeles, the first time the group recorded an album outside of the UK. Congrats, lads! Here is the single: Winner:
